Local Doctors and Therapists
Local help is often the hardest to seek, many are worried that seeking help within their community will lead to word getting out regarding their issue. However, doctors and therapists both follow a confidentiality agreement and are not allowed to share your information or your story with anyone else. What's most important is you and your health, the doctors and therapists you meet are here to help not to gossip.
Contact your family doctor or do a quick google search to find help near you.
